Biography

Elliot Page is a Canadian actor, producer, director and LGBTQ+ activist. He rose to fame in the 2007 dramedy Juno. His other famous films and TV series include Whip It (2009), Inception (2010), X-Men: Days of Future Past (2014) and Netflix's The Umbrella Academy. In December 2020, he came out as transgender on social media, sharing his preferred pronouns are "he/they." In 2019, he made his directorial debut with There's Something in the Water on Netflix. Page is a vocal advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and visibility for trans youth.
