Mel is a performing artist, drawer and novice mentalist splitting time between Los Angeles and mile marker 31, New Mexico. Mel spent her early years training in comedy, ventriloquism and dysfunction-- confounding and delighting folk on the bat mitzvah circuit of greater North suburban Chicagoland. Spending most of her adult life in New York and Paris, she is the co-founder of the musical art collective Voodoo-EROS for which she curated and created diverse nice items like soft metal records, international fiestas, functional art, adventuresome websites and fictitious communities filled with fraudulent personas. Seen recently on Amazon's TRANSPARENT, Devon Kirkpatrick's MA/DDY, and various funny/sad viral videos, Mel is working towards becoming America's He-She sweetheart.
